Meet Matron Shanelle
Professional Etiquette Consultant, Autism Life Coach & Life Skill Educator
Hello, and welcome to Be True School of Virtue and Etiquette!
My name is Daffany S. Rogers, affectionately known as Matron Shanelle. I am an Etiquette Consultant, Autism Life Coach, and Life Skills Educator. Above all, I am a wife, a mother of four, and a woman of faith whose work is deeply rooted in service, purpose, and a passion for cultivating excellence in others.
I believe in a society where children are well-mannered, women embody grace and confidence, families are empowered, and individuals of all abilities are welcomed with dignity, compassion, and understanding.
Through Be True School of Virtue and Etiquette, my mission is to refine character, empower individuals, and steward generations through elevated etiquette, virtue education, and practical life skills. My work is inspired by both my professional background in human services and my personal journey as an autism mother, which has strengthened my commitment to inclusive education and family empowerment.
I believe true elegance extends far beyond appearance. It is reflected in our character, our conduct, our consideration for others, and the way we carry ourselves in every space we enter.
Here at Be True, we are committed to cultivating individuals who lead with integrity, walk in confidence, demonstrate compassion, and understand the value of treating others with dignity and respect.

True elegance is not simply how you present yourself, but how you make others feel in your presence.
I purchased the book 5 Things A Woman Can Do To Immediately Enhance Her Femininity. It’s a jewel In receiving and reading this book, I must say Thank you to the Most High and Sister Shanelle. Very inspiring and helpful.
Prior to purchasing I was looking for direction in this area of my life and from watching Sister Shanelle, I knew she had the skills to point me in the right direction. I reached out and she pointed me to this jewel.
As I went through each chapter, I was able to apply many things instantly while others prepared my mind and body for expansion.
I will always refer back to this book, and sister Shanelle if I come to a fork in the road of my journey and need a little help.
Her presence is welcoming and her wisdom is a gift.
May the Most High continue to bless the work of her hands that she may continue to bless her home and community.

My 12 year old daughter participated in this program and was so enthusiastic about it right from the beginning due to the fact that she could meet other young sisters. However, she didn't quite understand the purpose of learning etiquette. That all changed after the first class. She learned so much. Although she was already very polite and well mannered, I definitely saw her behavior become a bit more polished and refined. She was even able to teach me some things she learned that we still apply. Miss Shanelle is so sweet and I can tell she genuinely loves and cares for each of her students. My daughter was sad when the program ended. We're both very grateful for the experience.
Enrolling in the Be True etiquette training was such a life changing experience. I learned so much and was able to earn volunteer credits with the summer girls club program (Truly Regal Society). I learned about grace, modesty, and how to carry myself as a young lady. I’m able to use this knowledge in my everyday life.
I would most definitely recommend this training. The training was very easy to grasp. The other participants were very engaged with the lessons. I feel much more confident when interacting with people and professionals.
